The Milwaukee Area Local has received a decision and order from National Labor Relations Board  regarding  Case 18-CA-285074. The order stipulates that USPS management shall cease and desist  from making threats, interfering in the grievance process ,restraining employees in the exercise of their rights and refusing to bargain in good faith.

A NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES shall  be posted by management  for 60 consecutive days and  distributed to managers and supervisors at the downtown Milwaukee P&DC. Management will also be required to conduct training sessions via Zoom for the plant manger and other supervisors at the Milwaukee P&DC. These Zoom training shall cover employees’ rights under the Act.
