Location

Our Union Hall and offices are located in a 5,600 square foot one story building at 417 N. 3^rd St. in Milwaukee, only a hundred yards from the Main Post Office. Thanks to a loan from American Legion Post #203, we purchased the current building in the late 1960’s:  an old machine shop originally built in the 1800’s. The building was subsequently remodeled with hall space for meetings and office space for union representatives. We remain in this building to this day where we hold General Membership Meetings and other union functions.

Meetings

APWU General Membership Meetings are held at the Union Hall in the months of January, February, March, April, May, June, September, October and November. There are no meetings in June, July, August and December. Meetings rotate times and days of the week as follows: Mondays between 4 and 6 pm. Wednesdays, between 9 and 11 pm; and, Fridays between 6 and 8 am. We provide food and beverages at every meeting. ONLY APWU members are welcome at General Membership Meetings.
